"I have a new 2008 Road Glide. When I came out in the morning, the blinkers, start button, fuel pump and engine light weren't working. It appeared to be in security ignition disabled position. I read the book, to no avail. I called your service dept. I got Tom in service. He talked me thru removing the bag, left side cover and checking fuses till I found the cause. "I was visiting Florida in feb.2008 I couldn't get my cruise on my 2007 ultra to engage. I stopped in your dealership and talked to service manager David Vitro. In a few minutes he told me to pull it in to the service bay. After the tech.(josh) checked it out David called me. Even though no problems were found he explained how the system worked.I was on my way in less than 1 hour. I didn't have any trouble the rest of the week. "Ocala HD rocks! Andrew Romano was my salesman and I can say he was fantastic! Andrew approached me as I was looking over the bike inventory. Andrew was very responsive to my interest in a Streetglide and worked hard to make the deal within my specifications. He was considerate that I was traveling with others and didn't try to keep me waiting around. Once the deal was worked out, Andrew stayed with me as I visited the parts and service area to get the Streetglide customized to fit me. Andrew stayed in touch with me during the time that it took to get the bike ready for pickup. "Bike (an 07 model that had been there awhile) had a few rust spots on some of the minor parts like the footpegs and inside the brake disks. There was also a small scratch on the gas tank, but I could easily buff that out. Other than that, it was great! I really like the 1200R, it handles well, rides fun, and goes quick. Mike McDonald and Mark Wertman and Kathleen all were very professional and accomodating. I called ahead from the Orlando area then drove 60 miles to the dealership. I was thinking I'd be furious if the terms I agreed to suddenly changed. Nope. No changes. No surprises. Financing was quick and easy. When I got there, Mark, the guy I spoke to on the phone, was out at lunch. Another salesman was more than willing to speak to me the moment I got to the building. We saw my bike, and just as we went back inside, Mike M. showed up with his lunch. It was 2P. He must have been hungry. He put his food down, though I insisted he eat, and assisted me with everything I needed. Mark poked his head in, didn't push any unnecessary add-ons, I picked out a shirt, cap, and helmet with Kathleen's help, signed the papers, and was on my way. I don't care much about the rust, though. I have a raw machine that I enjoy riding. Nothing like whacking the throttle open on a twin. I just wish the dealership had a calendar on the website with constant updates. When are the free hot dogs??"

"First of all I want to thank several people who have gone out of their way to help me with the purchase of my new 2007 Ultra Classic. Mark from sales, Tom from parts, David from service and Wade. These fine gentlemen assisted me in everyway possible way to make sure I was happy and satisfied. I shopped around at many dealerships and Ocala Harley was my choice and first on my list. I recently retired from the police department in Miami-Dade County and moved up to Palm Coast, Fl. The friendly service from all those involved with my bike was more then I expected. First, Mark showed me around the shop and introduced me to Tom who assited my wife and me in adding parts, asscs. to my bike. He took his time with us and even let me know if the parts were not right for me. I added a voyger kit, paint, chrome and the works to my dream bike. Then the time came when Wade delivered the bike a 60 mile trip from the shop. Once at my house we had some difficulties where Wade had to return several times to assist me. Wade had to take the bike back to the shop for some minor check-ups at which time I spoke with David from service. David assisted me all the time and was very helpful in getting me back on the road again. These is what I like in a family dealership, people who care about you and you bike. People who look out for you and bend over backwards to make sure you are happy with the sale, service and purchase of parts. My wife and I will always buy or service our bike at Ocala Harley and hope others who read this do the same. As a retired Police Captain, I dealt with the citizens and community on a daily basis. It is how you relate to people, treat them and assist them in problems, concerns they may have. This is how I feel about the Ocala Harley family, the way they treat you when you first open the door and enter. They treat you like you are special. "My experience at HD of Ocala was outstanding from start to finish. I have not owned a motorcycle for over 30 years (I have rented several times during that period). When I was ready to purchase, I first visited the Ormond Beach dealership because I was in the area, but I live in Ocala so I ended up going to the Ocala dealership. I was met by Jeff Phebus and told about the various options (new bike promotion, Ultra Classic vs Classic comparison, 2007 vs previous year comparison, etc.). When I was ready to purchase a couple weeks later, Jeff was out so I was helped by Ken and Andrew (and Becky for accessaries). I was made to feel like family. I will not bore you with the details leading up to my purchase; suffice it to say that the purchasing experience got me off to a great start in owning my first Harley. "i was deployed to afghanastain with the florida national guard and vowed to get a harly upon my return home. after getting back all i talked about was getting a bike, well one of the many days i would go to the ocala dealership i took my wife along, to "just look honey" well i guess she saw the little boy look in my face as "can i bring it home PLEASE??????? we the sales rep (jeff) sugested we look at a bike in the "up stairs room" we walked in and he showed me my next love..... a black 2007 fxstc. it was love at first sight, i loved this bike , it was i dreaming of sitting in that nasty deasert and saying things i will only say in person, well my wife winked at jeff from behind my back to say,, that's the one he gets, well i just thought it was a dream that wont come true and got off the bike and was ready to leave, well my wife had already planned this and played like she did not me to have a bike, she is a nurse and could tell me horror stories about bikers and cars, and my thought hell i just spent a year getting shot at by a bunch of !@#@holes whats the diffreance, well my wife played as if she did not want me to have a bike due to "they are dangeious, too many driver don't pay attention to bikes and so on,. well not knowing that she was planning on surprising me with a 2007 soft tail custom for christams,my civilan job is with emrgency medical alliance services and they knew waht my darling wife was up too i would be assinged to that part of the county and would drull over the bikes while the sales rep Jeff ( i was told later and knew the little game my wife was planning) bent over backwards to hide my bike and do all he could for my wife so i would have a very big suprise on christams morning, as i was told by my wife the whole dealership was in on the suprise. dure to the time and effort put in to this i in turn returned to buy my wife her bike for valentines day, we are the proud parents af a 2007 softtail custom and a 2004 dyna low rider. we loved the servise and the time everybody takes to say hello and make you fell like one of the family. it is the nicest dealership i have ever been too and we will be doing all of our busness at ocala harley"
